Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Kinetic. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement a Strategic Sales Plan: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that expands our customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Explore and identify new business opportunities within our defined market strategy, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and revenue.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze and monitor sales forecast and profit margin performance, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers, troubleshooting any related issues and ensuring seamless product implementation.
  • Communicate Product Development: Effectively communicate internal product development to team leaders and managers, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Coordinate Customer Trials: Coordinate and participate in customer trials, ensuring successful implementation of our products and services.
