We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our infrastructure development initiatives at Gulf Craft Inc.

The ideal candidate will oversee all construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure project success.
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Source materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, monitoring project progress and addressing issues promptly.
  • Technology Integration: Implement construction management software and other technological tools to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Incorporate sustainable building practices and materials into construction projects, aligning with the company's environmental goals and community impact.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and external parties, providing updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of innovation within the construction team, seeking opportunities to adopt new technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability to the company's dynamic environment, being proactive and resourceful in finding solutions.
