Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Capital Administrative Assistant to join our team at MAJID AL FUTTAIM. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Capital department by providing administrative assistance, maintaining organized systems, and facilitating communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Capital team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  • Maintain organized systems and processes within the Human Capital department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Interact with employees, managers, and external stakeholders to address basic queries, schedule meetings, and facilitate communication.
  • Assist in engagement activities aimed at fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure the Head of Human Capital's calendar is updated accurately and appointments are scheduled promptly, minimizing scheduling conflicts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources or any Human Resources certification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills.
  • Proactive Attitude.
