**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team in Al-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, creating purchase orders, and utilizing analytical and communication skills to ensure efficient procurement processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with project managers to understand material needs, delivery schedules, and budget constraints.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials while maintaining cost controls and quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms in close coordination with legal and finance departments.
  • Liaise with project management to ensure orders are issued on time to match schedules and site requirements.
  • Support projects in preparing Materials Approval Requests (MAR), ensuring complete vendors' submittals to expedite clients' approvals.
  • Oversee Purchase orders issuance and follow-up with vendors.
  • Lead resolutions on any deviation from Vendors to the terms and conditions of Purchase of Goods and Site Services.
  • Search and identify new reliable vendors Locally and internationally who can support to deliver high-quality products at competitive pricing.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Supplier Evaluation and Purchase Orders skills.
  • Experience with Request for Quotation (RFQ).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
