Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying suitable providers.
  • Provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
