Job Summary:

  • Oversee pharmacy operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high-quality services.
  • Implement precise medication dispensing procedures, including controlled substances and insurance prescriptions.
  • Nurture partnerships with suppliers to design engaging sales displays and strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain optimal store conditions through merchandising, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled workforce to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth.
