Job Title: CRM Manager

As a CRM Manager at Delivery Hero SE, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Regional Marketing team across 8 markets. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality campaigns through Braze, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the request intake process to optimize efficiency and adherence to SLAs.
  • Oversee the campaign Quality Assurance process and track errors.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Local stakeholders to understand and deliver on complex campaign requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurrent campaigns and implement process improvements.
  • Work with the Central Retention Solutions team to enhance campaign operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in people management and stakeholder management.
  • Subject matter expertise in Braze and experience working with Agile models.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a fast-paced Digital/Start Up environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to set expectations and push back requests from markets.
