Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end export process, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and on-time delivery.
  • Develop and implement market entry strategies for target countries including Morocco, Tunisia, South Africa, and Libya with a focus on PET and aluminum packaging products.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships with distributors, agents, and key accounts in designated regions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with market demands.
  • Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, quality control, logistics, and R&D to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the export markets.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities and optimizing existing client portfolios.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and network within the industry.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports including sales forecasts, KPIs, and market feedback to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the export team, ensuring high levels of performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
