Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and external partners to build productive networks and drive student success.

Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Career Education/Counselling, Social Work, or Education.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience providing academic and career advice to students in the UAE.
  • Skills: Knowledge of student counselling techniques, leadership skills, relationship management skills, problem-solving skills, and change management skills.
