Job Description
  • Process payroll and benefits for employees in assigned countries, adhering to monthly timelines and labor laws.
  • Create payroll accruals entries for staff's benefits, including end of service benefits, airfare, leave, and bonus.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare pay slips and dispatch to employees, coordinating with Finance for pre and post payroll activities.
  • Support Company Audits related to Payroll, ensuring all invoices related to Insurance are checked and booked on a timely basis.
