Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Specialist to join our team at ABB Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Customer Needs: Understand customer requirements and position Digital Portfolio solutions that add value to their assets.
  • Develop Sales Plans: Understand channel strategy, establish related prices, and prepare sales plans, reviews, and propose recovery plans when needed.
  • Update Installed Base: Regularly update installed base in ServIS with changes made at site.
  • Generate Opportunities: Generate opportunities and leads to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Utilize IB Database: Utilize IB database to understand existing installed base and identify sales opportunities for Service products and solutions.
  • Focus on Service Portfolio: Focus on entire Service portfolio to secure profit for assigned Business/Product Groups.
  • Implement Electrification Service Sales Strategies: Own and implement electrification service sales strategies to ensure sustainable growth in orders and profitability.
  • Account and Segment Focus: Account and segment focus approach to position advanced services, replacements, retrofits, and upgrades.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all related activities meet legal and ethical compliance requirements and are conducted with employee safety as a priority.
  • Generate Service Sales Leads: Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information.
