Bancassurance Sales Professional

As a Bancassurance Sales Specialist at Star Services LLC, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our insurance products to customers through our banking partners. You will work closely with our banking partners to identify potential customers and develop effective sales strategies to meet their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our banking partners to generate leads and referrals for insurance products
• Conduct presentations and sales pitches to potential customers highlighting the benefits and features of our insurance products
• Follow up on leads and referrals to convert them into sales
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors' products to effectively position our products in the market
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or banking industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
• Must be willing to travel to different locations for client meetings and sales activities
