Position Overview:

Skill Farm is seeking applications for the role of Finance Assistant to enhance our MENA Finance Team. This position is essential for supporting our ongoing business expansion.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering collaboration within the team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable processes, including data entry, payment preparation, supplier inquiries, and collections.
  • Oversee accounts receivable tasks, such as drafting invoices, data entry, and cash receipting.
  • Conduct credit card reconciliations.
  • Process expense claims accurately.
  • Maintain cashbook records.
  • Perform additional finance-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles within a dynamic environment. A strong foundation in administrative support and a proactive approach to tasks are essential.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, along with a keen understanding of the technical aspects of the finance assistant role.

We value highly organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines while utilizing their initiative, self-motivation, and effective communication skills.

A formal accounting qualification and significant experience in accounts payable and receivable functions are preferred.
