Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and unique dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information, and making recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment by multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and served to guests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company policies and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
