Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and unique dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Manage the menu and communicate with the kitchen to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
  • Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the dining experience is seamless and enjoyable for our guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
