Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and unique dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the dining area by setting tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and services to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company policies and procedures, and adhering to quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented setting.
