- Colleague Orientation: Conduct comprehensive colleague orientation, ensuring all new colleagues receive a thorough introduction to the company, hotel, and relevant policies and procedures.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the Human Resources Department and Housing Supervisor to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new colleagues, including a tour of the housing complex and provision of necessary information.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in the hospitality field, with a minor in a professional training environment and experience in instructional methods and training techniques. Additionally, they should have a good working knowledge of computers and proficiency in software packages such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
