- Proven experience leading engineering teams, with a focus on backend or platform development.
- Experience implementing and driving Backend Driven UI and BDD principles, particularly in mobile and cross-platform applications.
- Strong understanding of system design, including architecture, scalability, and performance considerations.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams, to deliver successful products.
