Product Management Lead at Precision Hire Solution

The Product Management team at Precision Hire Solution plays a pivotal role in driving innovation within the payment sector, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through our advanced payment gateway solutions. This team is tasked with formulating strategies and executing the launch of top-tier payment gateway products and supplementary services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Product Management Lead will collaborate with the Product Management team to enhance our portfolio of Domestic Scheme Mobile Wallets and Alternative Payment Methods integrated within our offerings. This role requires close collaboration with Global and Regional Product Directors to identify market demands and implement appropriate products and solutions that enhance our local payment capabilities.

  • Transform a comprehensive understanding of customer needs into impactful products and solutions that deliver substantial value.
  • Balance the long-term vision of products with immediate requirements by thoroughly understanding the technical, competitive, and commercial landscapes.
  • Manage relationships with Domestic Schemes and Alternative Payment Method providers, ensuring commercial success while partnering closely with Technology teams for technical achievement.
  • Develop globally relevant solutions by recognizing regional requirements and trade-offs, creating scalable products that cater to diverse customer segments.
  • Establish product direction through collaboration, ensuring that all products work cohesively to meet customer needs.

Role Expectations

  • Prioritize development initiatives in alignment with product strategy.
  • Conduct user research, including customer interviews, to deepen insights into customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and development goals.
  • Oversee the timely and high-quality creation of technical specifications.
  • Lead the Go-To-Market strategy and commercialization efforts for our Domestic Scheme Mobile Wallets and Alternative Payment Method products.
  • Foster strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in agile product management within the payments or related sectors.
  • Background in managing solutions tailored for payment systems or the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to drive innovative thinking.
  • Experience in designing and conducting user research to enhance customer value and user experience.
  • Strong understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products and features.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with product management tools, including market and product plans, project timelines, and business case development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; relevant experience is also acceptable.
  • A technical background (e.g., Computer Science or related discipline) is advantageous.
  • An advanced degree is beneficial.
