  • Gathering and interpreting customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences, collaborating with support teams to address issues and prioritize enhancements.
  • Communicating product updates and milestones to internal stakeholders, including executives and team members, and presenting product plans in meetings.
  • Acting as the product’s advocate, promoting its value proposition and building relationships with customers and industry influencers.
  • Identifying potential strategic partnerships and integrations that can enhance the product's market position.
  • Leading product owners and guiding multiple teams to drive the delivery and capabilities of digital products.

Work Environment:
This position is hybrid, requiring some onsite work at designated locations as determined by the hiring team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in project or program management, including timeline and budget management.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies or Scaled Agile Framework for 3+ years.
  • Proven leadership experience in formal or informal roles for 3+ years.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for 3+ years.
  • Strong analytical skills in interpreting market research and leveraging insights for product strategy.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Possession of Scaled Agile and Salesforce certifications.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and 10 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
