  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience with application monitoring tools and the ability to troubleshoot issues from monitoring events.
  • Operating Systems: Experience with UNIX and Linux operating systems, including basic shell scripting.
  • Databases: Basic knowledge of RDBMS databases (Oracle) and experience in writing SQL queries and scripts.
  • Messaging and Integration: Good understanding of MQ and its operation, as well as REST and SOAP web services.
  • Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of infrastructure components, such as firewalls and load balancers.
  • Production Support: Ability to troubleshoot production issues from application codes independently with minimal supervision.
  • Consumer Banking Experience: Working experience in handling consumer banking-related applications.
