The successful candidate will have strong experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Tunnel Ventilation Control Systems (TVCS), particularly in rail or metro projects. They will be responsible for reviewing and approving BMS and TVCS designs submitted by the D&B contractor, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. The engineer will also oversee the implementation, testing, and commissioning of these systems during the construction phase.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve BMS and TVCS designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Evaluate design aspects related to HVAC, lighting, fire and life safety, security, and energy management systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to the D&B contractor to address design deficiencies and enhance system performance.
  • Ensure BMS and TVCS considerations are integrated into the overall project design and construction phases.
  • Oversee the implementation of BMS and TVCS during the construction phase, ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications.
