Graduate Program Overview
We are seeking talented individuals to participate in our graduate program. This initiative provides students with industry exposure and practical experience, allowing ambitions to transform into reality through the myriad opportunities at ByteDance.
Role Overview
The Information System team is dedicated to addressing the internal system needs of the company. This includes planning and developing internal systems for human resources, workplace services, finance, legal affairs, and procurement. The team is also responsible for project management, information security management, system configuration, and operational maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user-friendly financial products to support global financial teams, including accounting, treasury, and cost allocation products.
- Conduct requirements analysis and product design for the financial system.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to streamline the R&D, testing, and product release processes.
- Regularly gather customer feedback to continuously enhance and refine the product.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields; must be available to start in the program.
- Proficient in product prototyping and project management tools, including Axure, Figma, and Visio.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and address complex issues.
- Familiarity with technical skills such as SQL and data analysis is advantageous.
