Responsabilidades

  • Desempeña funciones de liderazgo técnico y supervisión en la definición, desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos.
  • Dirige sub-equipos de proyecto durante el diseño e implementación de sistemas.
  • Gestión diaria de la ingeniería de seguridad técnica y organización de apoyo de subcontratistas y consultores especializados; coordinación con la sección comercial del proyecto según sea necesario.
  • Colabora con otras disciplinas en la preparación y desarrollo de entregables, asegurando la incorporación de aportes de otras áreas.
  • Realiza revisiones de diseño, HAZID, HAZCON, HAZOP y ENVID.
  • Asiste en la producción de casos de seguridad y proporciona servicios de apoyo regulatorio a los clientes.
  • Administra e implementa políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, y donde sea aplicable, del cliente/proyecto.
  • Supervisa al personal de la disciplina.
  • Se mantiene al tanto de los requisitos legislativos.
  • Aprobar, verificar y preparar documentación de diseño/ingeniería.
  • Apoya y desarrolla esquemas de formación acreditados para graduados.
  • Revisa la documentación de diseño según sea necesario para asegurar que los diseños y operaciones sean consistentes con ALARP.
  • Desarrolla y mejora procesos y sistemas para un uso más amplio en la disciplina.
  • Asegura que el trabajo se realice de acuerdo con los Códigos, Normas y Procedimientos relevantes.
  • Proporciona aportes a estimaciones de costos y planes de ejecución.
  • Asegura la entrega de todos los aspectos del diseño de la disciplina, especificación y adquisición del proyecto cumpliendo con criterios de costo, cronograma y calidad.
  • Ofrece servicios de ingeniería de calidad, rentables y oportunos en un entorno exigente de cambios, planificación a corto plazo y prioridades conflictivas.
  • Asiste a reuniones de inicio de proyecto, ingeniería y progreso como representante de la función de Seguridad Técnica.
  • Proporciona asesoramiento técnico a la dirección según sea necesario.

Calificaciones

  • Título universitario o equivalente en una materia de ingeniería apropiada.
  • Ingeniero altamente experimentado con sólida formación técnica y experiencia.
  • Experiencia en el uso de códigos de práctica, normas y secciones relevantes de documentación legal.
  • Amplia experiencia en métodos de diseño y evaluación utilizados en la disciplina.
  • Experiencia en el uso de métodos analíticos dentro de la disciplina, incluyendo el conocimiento teórico para programas de análisis.
  • Experiencia en la estimación de horas-hombre y materiales para la mayoría de los aspectos del trabajo.
  • Experiencia en trabajar con otras disciplinas y secciones para cumplir con las fechas de entrega.
  • Amplia experiencia en requisitos de control de calidad y aseguramiento de calidad para el trabajo de ingeniería.
  • Experiencia en requisitos de seguridad de diseño / medioambientales, procedimientos y responsabilidades para otros.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Enfoque proactivo.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
