Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate properties to identify their full potential and create effective marketing materials to attract prospective tenants or buyers.
  2. Develop strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing support, guidance, and communication throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
  3. Assist customers in finding properties that meet their requirements, arranging property viewings, and providing information on local communities, schools, amenities, and market trends.
  4. Provide accurate and timely information to clients on local market trends, property valuations, and competitive listings.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to enhance your performance and provide better services to clients.

Requirements:

  1. 1-3 candidates required.
  2. Graduates ONLY.
  3. Dubai based 1-3 years' experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
  4. Knowledge and experience in off plan properties.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with a clear and articulate phone manner.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
  7. Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals and objectives.
