Dubai Healthcare City Authority, Government of Dubai is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Information Technology department. As an Information Technology Director, you will be responsible for championing the development and implementation of the IT strategy, policies, and initiatives for our organization while ensuring alignment with our overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans in line with the department's objectives.
- Supports the development of the workforce plan for the entity/department by providing inputs on own department's workforce forecasts.
- Manages and controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvement.
- Prepares and manages the annual budget for the department and reporting sections in conjunction with the department's budget and secures subsequent approvals, tracks expenditure, and ensures adherence to the budget.
Requirements:
Masters / bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related area. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
