We're passionate about empowering local businesses to thrive on our platform. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a key role in driving this vision forward by building partnerships with new merchants and developing innovative marketing strategies.

Your daily tasks will include:

  1. Exploring new business opportunities and identifying potential merchants who share our values.
  2. Delving into each merchant's business, from their products and services to their target audience and competitive landscape.
  3. Designing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that drive sales and engagement.
  4. Negotiating contracts and ensuring seamless transitions of accounts to the Merchant Development team.
  5. Monitoring and surpassing sales targets while refining your sales skills and performance.

To excel in this position, you'll require:

  • Success in sales, preferably within a territory or for a product.
  • Inside sales experience, phone/email selling, and social selling skills.
  • Proven transactional selling abilities and relationship management with small-sized accounts.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • Discipline, accountability, and a focus on delivering results and owning your performance.
  • Integrity, work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience is beneficial.
