We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility and ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measuring and managing the group's performance and providing senior management with group management reports.
- Supporting the development and implementation of cross-division coordination mechanisms and information sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Clinical degree or a relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 3 years of additional experience.
