Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Develop, implement, and review HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Core HR IT Systems: Maintain and develop core HR IT systems, contributing to the development and simplification of current systems and practices.
  • HR Payroll Metrics and Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR payroll metrics, statistical data, and reports to support current practices and inform business decisions.
  • System Administration: Carry out system administration activities, including system maintenance, testing, data checks, and fault-finding.
  • HR Systems Enhancement: Work closely with developers to enhance HR systems and continuously improve information management.
  • Training and Development: Develop and adapt training materials for new and existing systems, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Human Resources Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate all Human Resources activities to ensure that the needs of the business are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile monthly reports, projects, and surveys from properties to provide information to the Corporate Vice President – Human Resources, assessing operational requirements.
  • Resource Management: Process and coordinate resources and systems to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • HR Guidelines and Functions: Assist the Corporate Vice President – Human Resources in developing and managing Human Resources guidelines and functions, reviewing and upgrading schemes and policies to ensure competitiveness.
  • Special Projects: Initiate, coordinate, and develop special projects to be submitted to the Corporate Vice President – Human Resources, informing operational assessments.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Three Years Experience: A minimum of three years' experience in an HR Leadership role with multi-property responsibility.
  • Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and excellent English communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Arabic speaking is an advantage.
  • Personal Presentation and Flexibility: Impeccable personal presentation, high flexibility to travel, and a great aptitude for guiding Senior Managers.
  • Previous Gulf Experience: Previous Gulf experiences are preferred, and a track record of career progress and stability is essential.
