Job Summary

Restore Talent is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Instructional Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our faculty and students. As an Assistant Instructor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and stimulating educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Teaching Support: Assist faculty in planning, preparing, and implementing daily teaching/learning activities, including developing and managing teaching laboratories.
  2. Student Support: Assist students with lesson assignments, provide guidance on learning concepts, and help with research and projects.
  3. Administrative Support: Participate in college committees, assist with course-related tasks, and help with student advising.
  4. Program Development: Assist in organizing and implementing internship programs, co-curricular activities, and other initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Education: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant discipline.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to use software packages and engage with the latest learning/teaching tools.
  3. Professional Development: Ability to update and develop professionally through further education and training.
Working Conditions
  1. Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
  2. No or very limited physical effort is required.
  3. No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
