  4. Operations Management: Oversee the overall operations of banquets, including meeting with guests to understand their requirements and supervising the banquet team to ensure guest satisfaction.
  5. Service Excellence: Ensure that the service of food and drink is courteous and professional, meeting the high standards of Accor Hotels.
  6. Financial Management: Prepare and submit financial information necessary for budgeting purposes, ensuring smooth and cost-effective operation of banquet food service functions.
  7. Quality Control: Ensure that company policies and standards for Banquet Operations are implemented and closely monitored, maintaining the highest levels of quality and service.
  8. Communication: Respond promptly and courteously to all client enquiries, ensuring that all booking details and requirements are catered to as per standards.
  9. Staff Management: Ensure that duty rosters are adhered to, and adequate numbers of staff are on duty to meet guest needs.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of sales centre operations and demonstrate proficiency in handling corporate business, event management companies, professional conference organizers (PCOs), and exhibition organizers. Experience in brand selling, particularly in MICE, weddings, and large conventions, is highly desirable. The candidate should be currently working in a large MICE hotel and have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
