Job Description

You will handle incoming requests for quotations, provide evaluation and technical advice to support Account Managers. To prepare winning bid offers with the optimum technical and commercial combination of products and solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations together with proposal drawings in coordination with the Account Manager.
  • Support the sales force developing solutions for customers.
  • Handle customer requests and updates relating to prepared quotations.
  • Check final orders and sales contracts with the accepted quotation.
  • Initiate preparation of technical documents for project engineering teams.
  • Develop internal working relationships with Customers, Sales, Account Managers, Project Managers, System Engineering, Service, Business Managers, Product Managers, and Purchase.
  • Maintain efficient quotes administration.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
  • Relevant industry experience with commercial skills is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of industrial power systems products/applications/solutions.
  • Understanding of assigned markets and customers.
  • Commercial / contract law understanding is a plus.
  • Computer Literacy is essential.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Able to work based in Dubai.
