Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, checking them in and out, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for efficiently handling administrative tasks, such as billing and payment processing, while ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and guests alike.

In addition to these duties, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our guests by providing personalized recommendations, arranging transportation, and assisting with special requests. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and passion for delivering exceptional service will make a significant difference in our guests' experiences.

Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  2. Perform check-in and check-out of guests on PMS and complete standards.
  3. Be responsible for maintaining guest profiles to ensure an accurate source of information on each guest's needs and preferences.
  4. Efficiently handle all front desk administrative tasks, ensuring guest account accuracy and proper billing/credit card processing in line with local charge limit regulations.
