Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest requests.
  • Reconcile accounts daily to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Process invoices and post checks to vendors in a timely manner.
  • Distribute employee checks and ensure payroll is processed correctly.
  • Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts promptly to minimize financial losses.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers to facilitate forecasting and auditing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with accounting and facilities management software.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field.
