About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, including invoicing, billing, and payment tracking.
- Process payments via various methods, including credit card, ACH transfer, and check.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including payment histories and account balances.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collections.
- Communicate with customers regarding account status, payment terms, and balance due.
- Resolving payment issues and discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Three years of experience in hotel accounting or internal audit, with one year in a supervisory role.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
