  • Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries: Provide excellent customer service by conducting property tours and responding to inquiries from potential tenants in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate and approve tenant applications: Review and approve tenant applications based on defined criteria, including creditworthiness, rental history, and other relevant factors.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes: Ensure a smooth transition for tenants by coordinating move-in and move-out processes, including scheduling, inspections, and other related activities.

  • Collaborate with the property management team: Work closely with the property management team to address tenant issues and concerns, including maintenance requests, rent disputes, and other related matters.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activities: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive and effective in its leasing operations.
