Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Cleaning Tasks: Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping surfaces in all areas, including living spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and supply closets.
  • Supply Management: Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries, including hand wash, toilet paper, and paper towels.
  • Laundry and Linen: Washing kitchen napkins, floor rags, and dusters.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Waste Management: Taking out the garbage and ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Minor Maintenance: Carrying out minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing displaced toilet seats and unclogging sinks.
  • Deep Cleaning: Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning of all areas.
  • Compliance: Maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) and ensuring compliance with universal precautions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a facilities management or housekeeping position.
