Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms and public spaces.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by following company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold quality standards by maintaining confidentiality, ensuring professional uniform and personal appearance, and communicating effectively.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work by moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.

Requirements
  • Ability to work on your feet and move around for an extended time.
  • Ability to take a hands-on approach to work and make decisions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
