Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR and Administration Coordinator to join our team at Imdad. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing support to the Human Capital and administrative functions, ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including data entry and record keeping.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with the HR team.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts for suppliers.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics to support the company's core operations.
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the management and team members.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent Arabic and English language skills (written & spoken).
- Knowledge of medical equipment manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
