Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Tasheel Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a focus on driving efficiency and excellence in the government services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the Tasheel or government services sector.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving targets.
  3. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures related to Tasheel services, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  5. The capacity to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in using computer applications and office software, with a focus on technology-enabled solutions.
  7. Fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
