We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Sales Process Coordinator. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales process and ensuring the smooth distribution of high-volume leads through our Bitrix system.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with lead management systems and possess strong analytical skills to optimize lead distribution and improve conversion rates. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that leads are allocated fairly and prioritize them effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Distribute leads across agents using Bitrix CRM, ensuring fair allocation and prioritization.
  • Monitor lead flow and agent performance, making real-time adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead distribution aligns with business objectives.
  • Analyze lead quality and effectiveness, providing insights to enhance conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Bitrix CRM or similar lead management systems.
