About the Role:

This challenging position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee the delivery of soft services, including cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and waste management, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction in line with client expectations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Team Leading and Mentoring:

  • Support Soft services Supervisor and ensure BICSc standards are understood and delivered on all contracts, with documented training and action plans in place.
  • Taking Supervisor handover and passing it on to the ground team and small units.
  • Supporting Supervisor to follow up on the need for operatives and housekeepers' training for work method statements, work instructions, quality systems on ground.
