- Liaise and Coordinate with HSSE toensure compliance with the group's policies andInternational and local Safety and Securitystandards.
- Monitor and provide guidance andsupport to Service providers and contractors serving our facilitiesto ensure best quality and cost-efficient solutions areprovided.
- Oversee the commissioning of newfacilities and handover process.
- Review andanalyse Asset Management Reports and Data including Asset LifeCycle reports, Spare parts inventory stock vsconsumed.
- Provide Dashboards and KPI monitoringtools for measuring technical performance and customerservice.
- Build, monitor and review Budget andcontrol expenditures per facility.
- Prepareweekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for providing insights andalign with management targets and guidelines.
PeopleManagement
- Assign individual objectives foremployee performance management purposes, manage performance,empower staff, and provide formal and informal feedback to supportprofessional development and maximizeperformance
- Build strong relations and trustwith stakeholders including Mall management, Retail Managers, andthe interdisciplinary support functions.
What You'llNeed To Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree inEngineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Minimumexperience of 5 years in a similar Facility managementrole.
- fmp or cfm Certification is aplus.
- High Leadership and Communicationskills.
- People person who can perform underpressure and deliver satisfying Customerexperience.
- Strong Contract Administration andnegotiation skills
- Financial knowledge tobuild, monitor and control the function's Budget andP&L.
- Familiar with Project Managementand FM Consultancy at various stages ofproject.
