- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, financial forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure favorable terms and project delivery within budget.
- Financial Reporting: Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports on project costs and financial status to senior management.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, local authorities, and community members.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the development process.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including zoning laws, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Permitting and Approvals: Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory agencies and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Market Research: Conduct site evaluations and market research to assess the feasibility and potential of development opportunities.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with development projects and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Contingency Planning: Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen issues or challenges that may impact project timelines or budgets.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional) are a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in real estate development or project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate development processes, regulations, and market trends.
