About the Position:

As a Training Specialist at Ejadah, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning landscape of our organization. You will leverage your expertise to create impactful training programs that drive business outcomes, foster collaboration, and boost employee engagement.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver customized training interventions that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce. This may involve developing training content, facilitating workshops, creating e-learning modules, and conducting assessments to evaluate program effectiveness.

With a strong focus on adult learning principles, you will employ various training strategies, including mentoring, coaching, and technology-enhanced learning. Your goal will be to create immersive and interactive learning experiences that resonate with learners and stimulate knowledge retention.

To succeed in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training delivery methodologies. A minimum of five years of experience as a soft skills facilitator/trainer, preferably in the Hospitality or service industry, is highly recommended.
