- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within a staffing and recruitment agency.
- Skills: Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
