Main Responsibilities

  • Client Information Management: Ensure that client information details are up-to-date and accurate to facilitate efficient financial transactions.
  • Financial Document Management: Create and send invoices and statements to customers in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Financial Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of financial data input to prevent errors in billing and ensure timely payments.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure that the company maintains a buoyant cash position.
  • Financial Reporting: Report any financial issues or irregularities to the financial head of the company for immediate attention.
  • Financial Error Resolution: Resolve billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos to customers.
  • Logistics Support: Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely dispatch of goods to clients.
  • Account Recovery: Recover outstanding debts from clients to minimize financial losses.
  • Client Query Resolution: Handle clients' account queries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Initiate new procedures for billing and financial operations to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
