- Business Reviews: Lead monthly business reviews with key partners, identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.
- User Experience Improvement: Benchmark and enhance user experience in collaboration with the product team.
- Initiative Prioritization: Assess and prioritize initiatives based on anticipated ROI, contributing to the shaping of the product roadmap.
- Cultural Advocacy: Serve as a positive ambassador for the broader e-commerce organization and its culture.
- Industry Connections: Strong network within the retail and beauty sectors, with a solid understanding of margins, contracts, and brand relationships.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with marketplace software, particularly Mirakl, along with P&L ownership experience.
- Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in handling commercial negotiations.
- Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics, customer service, and legal considerations within a marketplace context.
