Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile and Web App Developer to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our websites and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand our websites and applications to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our users.
  • Create and maintain software documentation to ensure that our development processes are well-documented and easily accessible.
  • Design and develop user-friendly and intuitive interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Develop new features and user interfaces from wireframe models, ensuring that they are well-designed and meet the requirements of our users.
  • Ensure the best performance and user experience of our applications by troubleshooting and debugging issues.
  • Participate in the overall application lifecycle, from development to deployment and maintenance.
  • Focus on coding and debugging, ensuring that our applications are stable and secure.
  • Define and communicate technical and design requirements for front-end and back-end development.
  • Provide training, help, and support to other team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Build high-quality, reusable code that can be used in the future to improve our applications.
  • Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean code, ensuring that they are maintainable and scalable.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure that they are stable and secure.
  • Stay up-to-date with current best practices in software development to ensure that our applications are always the best they can be.
  • Conduct UX/UI tests and optimize performance to ensure that our applications meet the evolving needs of our users.
  • Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve our applications and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and system administrators to ensure that our applications are well-designed and meet the requirements of our users.
  • Participate in conferences and educational programs to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development.
  • Fix bugs and performance problems to ensure that our applications are stable and secure.

Requirements

  • 58 years of professional experience in web and mobile application development with a strong focus on iOS and Android platforms.
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple company websites.
  • Proficiency in mobile development tools and languages for both platforms (e.g. Android Studio, Xcode, Swift, Kotlin).
  • In-depth knowledge in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Python, Bootstrap, Ajax, jQuery, and Node.js.
  • Proficient knowledge of a backend programming language, depending on the specific case, should have the knowledge of one or more of PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET, JavaScript, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge in CMS frameworks: WordPress, Joomla, WooCommerce, Magento, Drupal, etc.
  • Proficient understanding of OWASP security principles.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries and services, considering the specific requirements of each platform.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and understanding of code management tools such as Subversion and Git.
  • Knowledge of modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in iOS and Android.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Fixing bugs and performance problems.
  • Writing clean, readable, and testable code.
