About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant Manager to join our team at ADSS Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

This is a full-time position requiring a strong command of business language, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Organize and prepare agendas, materials, and documentation for meetings.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage the office environment, ensuring it is organized and professional.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role or office management position, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual – English and Arabic required; additional languages would be advantageous.
